Stephanie teaches rehab/renovation, modular home specialist, realtor training courses, has provided 203k home inspections previously, and currently is the trainer for the Realinvestor® 1st-time Homebuyer classes and provides investor training for the company. She also supervises a 25+ team including agents and investors as Team Leader for a licensed state team. Ms. Terry developed the curriculum and currently teaches the instructional course entitled, “Rehab 4 Success”; incorporates a mentor program, and has performed project management for over 80 profitable renovations in DC, Md., Va., De., and NY.
