Mr. Streetman is an avid investor focusing on acquisition of commercial cash flowing properties. He is the President of StreetSmart Investments, LLC, a real estate investing company, and leads the acquisition, property management, and business development for the company. Mr. Streetman has successfully acquired multi-unit commercial properties as well as residential rental properties, managed property restoration projects, and evaluated numerous potential acquisitions over his ten years with StreetSmart.

Mr. Streetman has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Maryland since 2009. He is also a certified Equity Marketing Specialist and a member of the National Council of Exchangors.

Mr. Streetman is a Level 5 Realinvestor and has led the commercial mastermind group at Realinvestors Real Estate Services. Mr. Streetman is eager to work with investors who want to purchase commercial property themselves or who want to be involved in the purchase of commercial real estate.
